VirtualRealityRental.co in Jacksonville
We have not written up a Jacksonville event on this page yet. Jacksonville jobs run the same way as the rest of Florida: the cases ship to the venue a day or two ahead, the event manager arrives the day before, and setup takes about two hours for a simulator or one hour for a headset station. Equipment-only kits ship by FedEx with the games loaded.
Venues we plan for here: the Prime Osborn Convention Center, the Hyatt Regency Riverfront, the Southbank hotels, the office parks around the Town Center and the beach clubs in Ponte Vedra.
What we bring to Jacksonville
A Jacksonville booking gets the current headsets, Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro, and whichever simulators suit the room: the flight simulator and the racing simulator for a booth or a ballroom, VR golf and the home run derby for a crowd that wants to compete, Walk the Plank for a laugh, and the Virtuix Omni treadmill when there is space to run. Everything is staffed unless you ask for equipment-only, in which case the kit ships loaded. The VR headset rental page covers the headsets, the virtual reality party rentals page covers private events, and the packages page shows what is included. Jacksonville is one of the cities where we do virtual reality rental.
Jacksonville, by area the biggest city in the lower 48
Jacksonville is the largest city by area in the continental United States, which is why the venue list runs from the convention center downtown to beach clubs in Ponte Vedra half an hour away. It calls itself the River City, claims Southern rock as a birthright, and fills the calendar with the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, MagnoliaFest and the Jacksonville Original Music Festival. There are more than seventy golf courses, the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, and the Jaguars at EverBank in the fall.
For a VR event the distance matters more than the attractions. Tell us if you are downtown, at the Town Center or at the beach and we will plan the shipping and the crew’s arrival around it, since the cases go to the venue a day or two ahead and the event manager arrives the day before.

What Jacksonville Event Attendees Had To Say
"I almost never have anything to say about business events on social media. But this time it’s different. I can’t stop talking on Facebook about the VR experience I had at the conference yesterday."
- Karen Totten (Avondale)
"I was in Jacksonville last week to attend a corporate meeting and this time I had stories to tell when I came back home. Told kids about the adventure I had with VR console and they were fascinated too."
- Shaunna Massey (Miramar)
"I was flying today and watching the beautiful city of Jacksonville from the lovely blue sky. What a feeling! Yes, the VR Google Earth experience offered at the event made me feel like a free bird."
- Natasha Colleran (Beauclerc)
"I have never had so much fun at a corporate event in all these years. Why don’t they make VR compulsory for all events? This technology is so spine-chilling and spell-biding at the same time."
- Anthony Matt (Windy Hill)
"I am water phobic but VR helped me beat that fear and dive into the sea (well, virtually) and watch the spectacular aquatic life. This was an event I’ll remember all my life."
- Adam Depew (Sandalwood)
"Attended a conference in Jacksonville today which was far from what I had imagined. Instead of figures, slide shows and speeches, we had VR entertainment, sharing of ideas and friendly conversations."
- Josh Vicari (Beach Haven)
