Tulsa is a drive for us, about eight hours from the Houston warehouse, so full-service bookings arrive by van with the event manager and spares. What we bring to Tulsa
What rides in the van to Tulsa: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets, VR golf, the home run derby and Walk the Plank. The racing simulator, the flight simulator and the Virtuix Omni treadmill come too when the ballroom has room to spare. An event manager sets up, runs the line, cleans the headsets between players and packs out; equipment-only kits ship loaded if you would rather handle it. Tulsa venues and what fits in them
Tulsa sits on the Arkansas River at the foot of the Ozarks and once called itself the Oil Capital of the World. The Philbrook and the Gilcrease carry the art, the Tulsa Air and Space Museum has a full-dome planetarium, and the Drillers, the Oilers and Tulsa Athletic keep the sports calendar busy most of the year.
None of that competes with a company event. It just means people arrive in a good mood. Our part is the floor plan: where the racing simulator goes, which wall the headset stations face, and how long setup takes before doors.
