New York is one of our busiest markets. Help USA booked VR golf on Meta Quest for their November 2024 event, and we have run events for Manhattan financial firms, media companies, agencies and nonprofits at holiday parties, client events and internal town halls, plus booths at the Javits Center.
The practical part of a New York job is the building: freight elevators, certificates of insurance, union rules at the Javits and a load-in window that is often thirty minutes. We ship the cases ahead to the venue or a nearby receiver, the event manager arrives with the headsets in a carry-on, and setup for a two-station headset activation takes about an hour.

Every New York booking is the same virtual reality rental we run everywhere: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets, the flight simulator, racing simulator and VR golf simulators, home run derby, Walk the Plank and the Virtuix Omni treadmill, plus a staff member who sets up, runs the line and packs out.
