About Apple Vision Pro
Apple Vision Pro is Apple’s spatial computer: a headset that runs visionOS, shows apps floating in the room you are standing in, and switches to fully immersive environments and 3D video when you turn the dial. There are no controllers. You look at what you want and tap your fingers together to select it, which is why it is the easiest headset to hand to a guest who has never used VR.
The hardware: two micro-OLED displays with about 23 million pixels between them, an M2 chip for the apps and an R1 chip for the cameras and sensors, eye and hand tracking, spatial audio, and an external battery pack that gives roughly two hours of use before it is swapped or plugged in. The headset weighs a little over 600 grams, so sessions are best kept to a few minutes per guest. People who wear glasses need Zeiss optical inserts or contact lenses; we ask about that when you book.

A: Our rentals are for corporate events, trade shows, launches and briefings. We do not take small or personal-use orders.
Q: Should I rent Apple Vision Pro or Meta Quest 3?
A: Vision Pro when the device is the point: a premium demo, a briefing, a launch, one or two units at a time. Meta Quest 3 when you need several headsets running the same game or video at once, a leaderboard and a queue. Tell us the event and we will say which fits.
Q: What can we show on it?
A: visionOS apps, spatial and 3D video, immersive environments, and your own app if you have one built for the device. Send us what you have in mind and we will confirm it runs before the event.
Q: How many units can we rent?
A: Vision Pro bookings are small by design. For a crowd, pair one or two Vision Pro units with a bank of Quest 3 headsets.
Q: How long can we rent it for?
A: A single day or a multi-day show; the quote covers shipping both ways or delivery with our event manager.
Q: What about hygiene?
A: Light seals and face cushions are cleaned between guests and replaced between rentals, the same as our Quest headsets.
Q: What about guests who wear glasses?
A: Vision Pro does not fit over glasses. Guests need contact lenses or Zeiss optical inserts, so we ask about it when you book.
