We have not written up a Toledo event on this page yet. Toledo bookings run as fly-in jobs through TOL or DTW, or as a drive down from Detroit with the gear in the van. The Ohio work we have written up is on the Cincinnati page, where two organizations rented Meta Quest headsets in 2026.
Venues we plan for: the Glass City Center and the Renaissance Toledo, the Toledo Zoo and Museum of Art for after-hours events, the University of Toledo campus and the automotive and glass manufacturing offices around the city.
What we bring to Toledo
The gear for a Toledo event comes from the same cases as everywhere else: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets, VR games, a flight simulator, a racing simulator, VR golf, the home run derby and the Walk the Plank, and the Virtuix Omni treadmill for the big-room activations. Full service means our event manager runs it; equipment-only means the headsets arrive loaded and you run it. Most of what we do is for companies, at conferences and offices; a party works the same way with fewer logos.
