Cincinnati has been an equipment-only town for us so far. Mount St. Joseph University rented twelve Meta Quest headsets in May 2026 and extended the rental by a few days when the event grew. Unlimited Systems rented three the same month and wrote afterwards: “Overall, the event went very well, and the VR headsets were a great experience for our attendees.” Equipment-only means the headsets arrive by FedEx with the games loaded, a quick-start card and a return label in the case.

Full-service bookings are available here too, with an event manager flying into CVG the day before. Venues we plan for: the Duke Energy Convention Center and the Hyatt beside it, the Sharonville Convention Center, the Banks and Over-the-Rhine event spaces, and the consumer goods and healthcare headquarters around the city.

What we bring to Cincinnati

So far Cincinnati has rented headsets: Meta Quest 3 kits with VR games loaded, shipped by FedEx, run by the client. That stays the easy option. For a staffed event the same cases we send everywhere else are available here, with Apple Vision Pro, the flight simulator, the racing simulator, VR golf, the home run derby, Walk the Plank and the Virtuix Omni treadmill for a large room, plus an event manager who flies in the day before. Where Cincinnati events happen

Cincinnati, the Queen City, sits on the Ohio River across from Kentucky. The Bengals and the Reds play downtown by the Banks, the Bearcats up the hill, and the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden holds 65 acres in the middle of the city. The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is on the riverfront, and the Cincinnati Art Museum, one of the oldest in the country, covers six thousand years in its collection.

The events we are booked for here are mostly in the headquarters of the consumer goods and healthcare companies around town, and in the convention centers downtown and in Sharonville. Headsets rented for the client to run was the shape of the last two jobs. A racing rig on a convention floor is the shape of the next one, whenever a Cincinnati client wants it.
