VirtualRealityRental.co in Reno
We have not written up a Reno event on this page yet. Reno bookings run as fly-in jobs through RNO with the cases shipped ahead, or as a drive over from the Bay Area with the gear in the van when the passes are clear. The Nevada work we have written up is on the Las Vegas page.
Venues we plan for: the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, the Peppermill, Grand Sierra and Atlantis resorts, the Nugget in Sparks, the UNR campus and the Lake Tahoe resorts for incentive trips and offsites.
What we bring to Reno
Reno is a fly-in through RNO or a drive over from the Bay Area when the passes are clear. The shelf is the same either way. VR golf and the home run derby for a Tahoe offsite, the racing simulator and flight simulator rigs for a Reno-Sparks Convention Center booth, Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets loaded with VR games for a resort ballroom. Walk the Plank and the Virtuix Omni treadmill wherever there is floor. An event manager sets up and runs the line; equipment-only kits ship loaded. VR headset rental has the headsets, VR for conferences and corporate events the formats, and our packages are priced by the day, not by guest. The virtual reality rental homepage has the rest of the country.
Unforgettable Virtual Reality Rentals for Your 2023 Reno Event
Reno, Nevada, known by many as The Biggest Little City in the World, sits at the foot of the Sierra Nevada in the high desert in the Northern end of the state. Like Las Vegas to the south, Reno is known for its various casinos, including the Eldorado, Grand Sierra Resort, and Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, among many other establishments. Also located within Reno, the National Automobile Museum displays a wide variety of historic automobiles, many from the collection of the late William F. Harrah, founder of Harrah’s Hotels and Casinos. The Sierra Safari Zoo has the distinction as the largest in the state of Nevada and houses exotic animals from around the world, including reptiles, big cats, primates, and more. In addition to gambling, Reno also boasts a selection of area sports teams, including the Reno Bighorns, an NBA Developmental League team associated with the Sacramento Kings; the Reno Aces, Triple-A baseball affiliate of MLBs Arizona Diamondbacks; and Reno 1868 FC, American professional soccer team that plays in the United Soccer League.
