Plum Media booked two VR flight simulators with two event managers for back-to-back events in August 2024, and put the pilot’s view up on a projector next to GoPro footage of the person flying. What we bring to Milwaukee
Plum Media’s two August 2024 events ran two flight simulators side by side with a projector showing the pilot’s view, so Milwaukee is a simulator city for us. The racing simulator and VR golf travel the same way and take the same floor space.
Headsets come with every booking or on their own: Meta Quest 3 with VR games loaded, and Apple Vision Pro when the client wants the newest device at the table. For a standing crowd we bring the home run derby, Walk the Plank or the Virtuix Omni treadmill.
Two event managers ran the Plum Media jobs; a smaller event gets one, and an equipment-only booking gets none and a FedEx label instead.
