VirtualRealityRental.co in Irvine
Irvine is covered by the team that works Orange County, the people behind the four-rig racing activation for Ferrilli at the Anaheim Convention Center in April 2026, which is written up on the Anaheim page. Irvine requests tend to be employee events at the technology and medical device companies around the Spectrum, where a competition with a leaderboard works best.
Venues we plan for: the Irvine Spectrum and Irvine Business Complex offices, the Marriott and Hotel Irvine, the UCI campus, and the Newport Beach and Laguna resorts for offsites. Gear comes by van; there is no freight for an Orange County booking.
What we bring to Irvine
Irvine is Orange County, and the Orange County team is the one that ran four racing rigs for Ferrilli at the Anaheim Convention Center in April 2026. Irvine itself asks for something smaller and more competitive: employee events at the technology and medical device companies around the Spectrum, where a simulator with a leaderboard does the work. The racing simulator, the flight simulator, VR golf, the home run derby, Walk the Plank and the Virtuix Omni treadmill are the options; Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets cover a mixed crowd. Gear comes by van, with no freight, staffed unless you ask for equipment-only. VR headset rental explains the headsets, VR team building explains the competition format, and the packages page lists what is included. Nationwide virtual reality rental is what we do; Irvine is a short drive.
Irvine, between Loma Ridge and the San Joaquin Hills
Irvine is a planned city set in the valley between Loma Ridge to the north and the San Joaquin Hills to the south. The UC Irvine Arboretum keeps more than twelve acres of botanical gardens on campus, and Bommer Canyon to the south is the hiking and biking ground. The UC Irvine Anteaters play in the Big West, and the Angels and the Ducks are a few miles away in Anaheim.
Employee events at Spectrum offices are the typical Irvine job, and a competition is what they ask for. One rig and a leaderboard turns a quiet afternoon into something people stay for. A larger offsite in Newport Beach or Laguna gets the same van and the same crew.
