Ferrilli’s booth at Ellucian Live 2026 in the Anaheim Convention Center was one of the biggest racing activations we have built: four XL racing rigs with Meta Quest headsets in Ferrilli’s branding, the gameplay mirrored to an LED wall, a live race announcer and four event managers running the grid for the length of the show. It started with a one-rig demo we ran for the same client in December 2025, and they came back to us for their next show.
Anaheim jobs are mostly convention center booths, with the Marriott, Hilton and Sheraton Park hotels next door for the evening events, plus the Disneyland-area conference hotels. Cases ship into the show’s advance warehouse; the event manager arrives the day before. The same crew covers Irvine and Santa Ana.
