What we bring to Glendale
Glendale is covered by the Phoenix team, and the Westgate district on a game or event weekend is where most Glendale requests come from: a racing or football simulator in a sponsor tent. That is the racing simulator or the flight simulator, with VR golf, the home run derby, Walk the Plank and the Virtuix Omni treadmill as the other draws, and Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets when a West Valley office or school wants a station instead. October through April is outdoor season. Staffed unless you ask for equipment-only, in which case the kit ships loaded. VR headset rental covers the headsets, VR booth rentals for trade shows covers the tent-and-booth format, and the packages page lists what is included. We do virtual reality rental nationwide; in Glendale the Phoenix crew drives over.
Glendale, Arizona's Antique Capital
Glendale sits beside Phoenix and calls itself Arizona's Antique Capital. The Cardinals play at State Farm Stadium, NASCAR runs twice a year at the raceway to the south, and the Diamondbacks and Suns are a short drive into Phoenix. The Glendale Chocolate Festival and the tours at the family-owned Cerreta Candy Company are the sweet side of the calendar; Sahuaro Ranch, a historic ranch from the late 1800s, and Thunderbird Conservation Park, 1,185 acres of desert with hiking, riding and biking trails, are the outdoor side.
Sponsor tents at Westgate are the Glendale job. A racing rig draws a crowd from the concourse, a leaderboard keeps them there, and our staff keeps the queue moving in the heat or the cold. Hospitality spaces at State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena take the same setup indoors.
