San Antonio is a three-hour drive from our Houston warehouse, so we bring everything in a van and there is no freight to schedule. In June 2026 ADEX International ran VR bowling with us: headsets in their branding, a branded bowling screen on the TV and a leaderboard that captured names and emails as people played. A month earlier Inizio Engage repeated the six-headset package they had used with us in Denver the year before, this time for a San Antonio meeting.
The venues we work in most here are the Henry B. González Convention Center, the Grand Hyatt and Marriott Rivercenter next to it, and the resort ballrooms out at La Cantera and JW Marriott Hill Country.
What we bring to San Antonio
The gear for a San Antonio event comes from the same cases as everywhere else: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets, VR games, a flight simulator, a racing simulator, VR golf, the home run derby and the Walk the Plank, and the Virtuix Omni treadmill for the big-room activations. Full service means our event manager runs it; equipment-only means the headsets arrive loaded and you run it.
