We have not written up a Portland event on this page yet. The Pacific Northwest events we have run are on the Seattle page, where a flight simulator had attendees flying over the city in September 2026. Portland bookings work the same way: cases ship ahead, the event manager flies into PDX the day before, and setup takes one to two hours.
Venues we plan for: the Oregon Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency beside it, the Pearl District and downtown event spaces, the Nike and Intel campuses out in Beaverton and Hillsboro, and the wineries south of the city for offsites.
What we bring to Portland
A Portland booking draws from the same cases that went to Seattle: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets, plus the simulators that get a line at a convention center booth or a Beaverton campus lobby. The flight simulator is the one the Seattle crowd flew over the city on; the racing simulator, VR golf, the home run derby and Walk the Plank are the others, and the Virtuix Omni treadmill is for a room with space to spare. Our event manager stays with the setup unless you book equipment-only, in which case the kit ships loaded to PDX or the venue. Portland, Bridgetown, and a fly-in through PDX
Portland sits where the Willamette meets the Columbia, with enough bridges downtown to earn the name Bridgetown. Washington Park holds the rose garden and the Oregon Zoo, OMSI holds the science crowd, and the Trail Blazers, Timbers and Winterhawks hold the rest.
