This is the page for renting Meta Quest headsets, the cordless line that started as the Oculus Quest in 2019 and is now the Meta Quest 3. Every Quest booking works the same way: full service, where our event manager brings the headsets, the TVs and the queue and runs the station, or equipment-only, where a wheeled case of headsets arrives loaded with the experiences you picked, with a guide and phone support for the day. Quest headsets need no computer and no cables, so they set up in minutes in a hotel ballroom, a booth or a classroom. They are the standard kit on our VR headset rental page and the headset behind most of our virtual reality rental bookings.

Professional gamers do say that the Oculus Quest is highly intuitive, but if you’re not familiar with VR headsets, you might want a little tech support on your side. Our fully staffed rentals can ease your stress if you think you’ll need help setting up the hardware.

Meta Quest headsets at recent events
Velocity XD at the AI+ Expo, Washington, DC, May 2026 ran Quest headsets on five racing rigs for three days. Crowell & Moring, Washington, DC, July 2024: one corded rig and three cordless Quest headsets at a law-firm event. Stratus Firm, Washington, DC, November 2023: branded Quest 2 headsets with two event managers.
Inizio Engage, San Antonio, May 2026: six Quest headsets, a repeat of the package the same client ran in Denver the year before. Autodesk, San Francisco, December 2025: three Quest headsets, corded and cordless, feeding the client’s own TVs. IMCD, Chicago, July 2026: a staffed Quest station at a company event.
Equipment-only: Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati took twelve Quest headsets in May 2026 and extended the rental by extra days; Unlimited Systems in Cincinnati took three the same month and wrote: “Overall, the event went very well, and the VR headsets were a great experience for our attendees.” Davidson College took twelve Quest 3 headsets for a campus event in March 2026.
About The Oculus Quest
The Oculus Quest is aptly named, given that its simple set-up and wire-free headset allow players to take it on any adventure imaginable. This all-in-one VR gaming headset comfortably combines both the convenience of a handheld gaming console and the sheer versatility of virtual reality.
With Oculus Insight Tracking and multiple front facing cameras built in, the Quest allows players to move throughout the full play space without the hassle of setting up external sensors. This feature is optimal for almost any gaming genre, including first person shooters, action adventure, and simulation games. The Oculus Guardian system prioritizes safety by remembering the boundaries of the play space & preventing players from bumping into nearby objects or people.
The headset has positional audio built right in, and the two touch controllers intuitively bring players’ gestures to life within the game. No additional hardware is required to use the Oculus Quest.
