We have not written up a Memphis event on this page yet. Tennessee events we have run are on the Nashville page, including a branded VR game with lead capture at a September 2026 trade show. Memphis bookings run the same way: cases ship ahead (FedEx is quick here for obvious reasons), the event manager arrives the day before, and setup takes one to two hours.
Venues we plan for: the Renasant Convention Center and the Sheraton beside it, the Peabody, the Crosstown Concourse, the FedExForum for larger events and the logistics and healthcare offices in East Memphis.
What we bring to Memphis
Every Memphis booking is the same virtual reality rental we run everywhere: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets, the flight simulator, racing simulator and VR golf simulators, home run derby, Walk the Plank and the Virtuix Omni treadmill, plus a staff member who sets up, runs the line and packs out. Headset-only kits ship for offices that want to run it themselves.
