VirtualRealityRental.co in Indianapolis

Indianapolis asks for racing. Cvent booked our F1 VR racing simulator for a two-day activation here in August 2026, and racing is what most Indy requests come in for, whether the event is at the convention center during a show or in a hotel ballroom on the Monument Circle side of downtown.

For full-service bookings the racing rig ships in cases, the event manager flies in the day before, and the simulator is set up, calibrated and tested about two hours before doors. Headset-only activations take about an hour.

What we bring to Indianapolis

The gear for an Indianapolis event comes from the same cases as everywhere else: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets, VR games, a flight simulator, a racing simulator, VR golf, the home run derby and the Walk the Plank, and the Virtuix Omni treadmill for the big-room activations. Full service means our event manager runs it; equipment-only means the headsets arrive loaded and you run it. See VR headset rental for the headset options, VR booth rentals for trade shows for the formats, and the virtual reality rental page for the rest of the country. Most of what we do is for companies, at conferences and offices; a party works the same way with fewer logos.
