Can we just rent the headsets?
Yes. That is what Greensboro College did: three headsets shipped by FedEx with the experience loaded, run by their own people, returned in the same box.
And if we want it staffed?
Book full service. An event manager flies in the day before, sets up, runs the line, cleans the headsets between players and packs out.
What space do you need?
6 by 6 feet for a headset station or a seated simulator, 8 by 8 for Walk the Plank and the home run derby, and one standard outlet per station. Most experiences do not need Wi-Fi.
How fast does the line move?
Two to five minutes a turn. One station carries a steady line all day; add stations or a simulator for a big crowd.

Greensboro College rented three VR headsets from us in September 2026 as an equipment-only booking: the kit shipped by FedEx with Wander, a VR travel experience, loaded and ready, and went back the same way after the event. Equipment-only is the right fit when a school or an office has its own people to hand the headsets around and just needs the gear to work.
Full-service bookings, with an event manager on site, are available across the Triad. Venues we plan for: the Koury Convention Center and the Sheraton Four Seasons, the Greensboro Coliseum complex, the UNCG and NC A&T campuses and the downtown event spaces. What we bring to Greensboro
Greensboro College’s booking was three headsets in a FedEx box, which is the simplest thing we sell. The virtual reality rental catalogue goes a long way past that.
Headsets: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro. Seated simulators for a conference or a corporate dinner: the flight simulator, the racing simulator, VR golf. Standing experiences for a student event or a company field day: the home run derby, Walk the Plank and the Virtuix Omni treadmill.

Greensboro, the Gate City
Greensboro earned the Gate City name as a railroad hub and is the third-largest city in North Carolina. Blandwood Mansion is the oldest Tuscan villa in the country, the Greensboro History Museum sits beside the First Presbyterian Church, the Bog Garden has its boardwalk over the lake, and the Science Center keeps tigers and howler monkeys inside the city limits. The Swarm, the Hornets' G League team, play at the Coliseum Fieldhouse.
The Koury Convention Center is the staffed venue we plan for. The equipment-only route is a FedEx box with the headsets loaded, which is how Greensboro College ran theirs in September 2026.
