VirtualRealityRental.co in Boston
Citizens Bank booked a virtual reality experience for a client event in Boston in November 2023 and wrote afterwards: “Everything was great!… I will definitely keep your contact information and reach out for any future events that maybe looking for a virtual reality experience.” Athletico Physical Therapy ran four cordless headsets with us in February 2024: “We were particularly impressed by her patience in guiding users through the steps, especially when they encountered difficulties.”
Boston jobs land at the BCEC and the Westin and Omni beside it, the Seaport and Back Bay offices, Kendall Square in Cambridge and the Route 128 campuses. The cases ship ahead, the event manager flies into Logan the day before, and a headset station is set up in about an hour.

What we bring to Boston
The gear for a Boston event comes from the same cases as everywhere else: Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets, VR games, a flight simulator, a racing simulator, VR golf, the home run derby and the Walk the Plank, and the Virtuix Omni treadmill for the big-room activations. Full service means our event manager runs it; equipment-only means the headsets arrive loaded and you run it. See VR headset rental for the headset options, VR for conferences and corporate events for the formats, and the virtual reality rental page for the rest of the country. Most of what we do is for companies, at conferences and offices; a party works the same way with fewer logos.
Unforgettable Virtual Reality Rentals for Your Boston Event
The largest city in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Boston, Massachusetts, serves as the state capitol. One of the oldest cities in the U.S., Boston played a prominent role in the American Revolution. This is best exemplified by the Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile long path that passes by many locations significant to U.S. history. Also, within the City of Boston visitors and citizens can enjoy Boston Common, a central park in the city’s downtown area that dates from 1634, making it one of the oldest parks in the country. Residents and visitors can enjoy the city’s rich and storied sports history by taking in a Boston Red Sox game at Fenway Park. The city also has many other professional sports franchises, including the NHL’s Boston Bruins, the NBA’s Boston Celtics, and the NFL’s New England Patriots.

What Boston Event Attendees Had To Say

- Theo Denver (East Boston)
"Wow! I thought VR is only for video games and simulations, I never thought that it would make for a great entertaintment on a corporate event. They just took the event to a whole new level. It was fantastic! Can't wait for the next one!"
- Albert Higgins (Mission Hill)
"It was my first time to attend an event where we have VR for entertainment. I thought I wouldn't be able to enjoy it because I'm not a techie but I was mistaken. It was an extremely delightful experience! I would love to see the use of virtual reality in future events."
- Daphne Li (Belmont)
"If presentations in company parties were done in virtual reality, I'd say I'd be a regular at these events. It truly captured my attention and sparked my interest to know more about the business."

"Of all the platforms I have seen in corporate events entertainment, virtual reality is the most remarkable. I love how it engages and motivates the audience. It's like a breath of fresh air, a break from the common fare we usually have during events."
- Ellie Aldridge (Stoneham)
"This is the first time I have experienced a corporate event in virtual reality. I absolutely love the proactive approach it has and how it engages all the attendees. Also, it's brilliant way to promote the business."
